Even though it’s a bit expensive, nice overall experience. Helpful and nice stuff, easy to socialize, cool events. Beds are comfy.
comfy beds, a lot of activities, the bathrooms could be cleaned more often but still ok for a hostel 🙂
Very cool place to stay with a lot of chances to meet new people!
Monica, Ala, Luca and everybody make you feel at home. It feels like being in a friend’s living room at a party. Kisses and hugs ❤️❤️
The rooms don’t have many shelves, no closet, etc but the bed is comfortable, the shower is good and the hotel had a lot to offer. Free pasta dinner many nights, communicate kitchen and laundry, good location near Metro. Great staff. We would stay here again. We got a private room with bath, great value compared to other hotels in town especially during peak seasons
This week was special because of the F1 i hope I’ll come back and find the same vibe same service as in Florence 🥳
The hostel was good; the bed was comfortable, and everything was really clean. The position is also good, 5 minutes walking distance from the underground and near the Duomo.
Clean, extremely social, well kept, would absolutely stay there again.
For my first experience in a hostel, I have to say that I was perfect ! Great staff and areas
All great, except for the mold in the showers. Please fix this and you will be a 10/10. Christina at front desk super helpful.
Well located, friendly and knowledgeable staff, top rated maintenance and cleanliness.
Everything was okay, i loved the curtain on the bed and i like that you provide soap and shampoo. Although the water pressure on the shower head is really weak.
I stayed in the 8-bed dorm at this hostel, and while there are definitely some strong points, the overall experience in that room was disappointing.
• Room size: The 8-bed dorm is far too small. The lack of space makes it hard to breathe comfortably, and it feels overcrowded. I’ve stayed in a hostel in Bordeaux with an 8-bed room that was much more spacious and cost less. I understand Milan has a “city premium,” but this level of tightness ruins the stay. Honestly, it would be better to remove the 8-bed dorm option altogether and stick with the 6-bed rooms, which are more livable.
• Cleanliness & smell: With so little space, smells linger. Dirty clothes and shoes left around by guests made the room feel sticky and suffocating. More rules, reminders, or checks could improve this.
• Air conditioning: The AC made noise all night, disturbing sleep. A fix here would go a long way.
That said, there are positives worth mentioning:
• Location: Fantastic spot, making it very convenient to explore Milan.
• Staff: The team is friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help.
• Atmosphere & events: The hostel creates a great social vibe. The events and common areas make it easy to meet people, which is a huge plus for solo travelers.
Bottom line:
This hostel has a lot going for it – great location, friendly staff, and a lively atmosphere. But the 8-bed dorm is simply not up to standard. Until it’s improved (or removed), I’d recommend sticking to the smaller dorms or looking at alternatives.
